My diverse background, coupled with my experience in creative development and communication in and out of the corporate suite, propelled me to launch Knack Talent, Inc. in 2014 where I serve as a Creativity and Leadership Consultant, Advisor and Coach. I partner with stakeholders in the development of talent, leadership, and culture in Fortune 1000 companies, family businesses, educational organizations and with individuals across varying industries.

My primary focus is to support individuals and organizations in developing their potential and creative output by exploring non-traditional effective methods that drive growth, impact, revenue, creativity and innovative leadership. I meet my clients at the intersection of “No Longer and Not Yet and with precision guide them in the direction of Yes”.

I am fascinated by the stories we tell about ourselves and others and the impact those narratives have in our performance as well as the impact it unleashes in the cultures we participate in. As an accomplished Hollywood television development and programming executive, I was trained to develop stories to then make them accessible to audiences across the globe. My job was not only creating content but also learning the ins an outs of leadership while navigating complex corporate and team environments in varying vocational fields. With all that experience, I now bring focus to how our own “storytelling” influences how we show up as leaders and the power that resides in our creative expression .

My last corporate post was as SVP Original Programming for the Global Sony TV Network Group. After years of nourishing the business and artistic process of writers, actors, directors, and other talented individuals by overseeing the scripted development and current programming slates at various companies- Lifetime Television Networks, NBC Universal Television Studio supporting USA Network and SYFY Channel, Telemundo Networks among others - in 2013 an inner calling led me to pursue a Masters of Art in Spiritual Psychology.

I've been named one of the “Top Latin@s in the Entertainment Industry” by leading organizations and was named one of the “20 under 40 Latinos Shaping the Future of the US” by Poder Magazine. I am a founding member of the Hispanic Media Advisory Board for The Power to Decide, was an advisor to the founders of Taylor’s Gift Foundation, and am currently a member of the board for the US Foundation for Universidad del Valle Guatemala.
In addition to my Masters of Art, I hold a Bachelors of Science in Public Speaking and Television Production from Emerson College, where I was honored with an Achievement Award and a degree in Professional Photography from the New England School of Photography. I am the creator and facilitator of the T.L.C. Methodology and The Chaos Agreement ™. As well as a mentor and speaker in Domestic and International communities.
