A culture that is successful, authentic, and sustainable is what we all seek. There are always hard truths that need to be recognized. We co-create an intentional space for those truths to be experienced and embraced. Overall global cultures are in a state of accelerated massive change. The “normal” that people seem too want to go back to is no longer available. However the opportunities for impact and growth in this post covid era are infinite and substantial as we work towards fulfilling personal and business goals and objectives.

 What do I do as a Creativity and Leadership Coach?    

I facilitate and cultivate the co-creation of unique environments that foster emotional and psychological courageous spaces for communication, innovative leadership and diversity of thought to thrive. 

The purpose of humanity is not only to deliver on algorithms, numbers and business norms, it is also about personal values, purpose, creativity and the individual vision that each individual encompasses.

We are all storytellers and there are specific stories each person narrates about themselves and others that are highly impactful.What narratives are being told in your group and team? I guide my clients in understanding the power that an aligned narrative possesses and support them in revealing the aspects that no longer serve you and each individual in your teams.  By doing so, they can begin to integrate their own creative competitive advantage.  

I meet my clients at their most challenging points and with precision guides them towards the clarity and solutions they are seeking.  The principles and processes I have developed for my engagements are simple, however, the execution of such can be complex. I am with you (and your group) every step of the way. 

My process is evocative, experiential and value driven in nature. I believes that the level of questions asked are directly correlated to the solutions that are experienced. Something for you to consider: What questions are you asking?
